Sandie, Neil, Will, Ed and Megan could not have made us more welcome, it felt as if we were staying with old friends from the moment we arrived at Clearwater Springs Ranch. Nothing was too much trouble from the wonderful variety of vegetarian meals prepared for me to taking us out on quad bikes and showing us moose prints to camp fires in the "dingly dell" and even a drive out onto their land to watch a wild wolf spotted from the window on our last night! The lodge and location are absolutely stunning, our room was perfect complete with four poster bed and the biggest, most luxurious en suite bathroom I've ever seen as well as very thoughtful touches including binoculars hanging on the french door in case we wanted to wander outside onto the balcony and watch the wildlife. We could not have enjoyed our stay more and really didn't want to leave when the time came to go home after six nights at the ranch.

What can we say about our stay? Any word written is too less, too little to describe our experience. Because Sandie, her husband and sons make your stay to an experience. They make you feel at home like no one else can do. We had the feeling to be part of the family during our stay. In the evening they cook a wonderful dinner - which you can join together with other guests and the family. The place is located on a superb location, from any point of the house you have a excellent view on the mountains, fields and any wild life passing by. The rooms are nice and spacious. The owners are also well informed about trips in the park and wild life. The free wireless internet, great (English and sweet) breakfast and hot tub with amazing view make this the best place to be (in Canada!).

What a wonderful surprise to find this little gem. Sandy and Neil are excellent hosts and really look after you. The setting is stunning: a glorious view over meadows and forests complemented by tens of humming birds fluttering around the feeders on the patio. The bedrooms are very well-appointed and very comfortable and are complemented by the luxurious dining room and lounge area.

The breakfast was as good (probably better) as advertised and very generous thanks to Neil's culinary skills.

I would highly recommend Clearwater Springs Ranch as a stopover (only ~30km from clearwater) or for a holiday stay. Although we stayed over during summer, I cannot wait to spend a few winter nights there as well.

We booked into this B&B not really knowing what to expect and wanted a stopover on the way from Jasper to Whistler - we couldn't have chosen better. The ranch is new (only opened this year) and is run by a very friendly family. The rooms are tastefully decorated with spectacular views over a clearing in the forest where wildlife is often seen. In the evening loads of humming birds came to the bird feeders which was lovely. Breakfast was one of the best we had during our time in Canada and Sandie and her family make you feel like a welcome guest in their home.

Had an amazing time with the most incredible hosts. Wonderful food and wonderful company. Great location in the park, just perfect to relax and watch the wildlife go by. The accommodations were excellent, very comfortable and relaxing. Had an absolutely wonderful getaway with my husband.
