Accommodations & Rates

Our suites are spacious and furnished with handmade rustic wooden furniture and antiques.
Each suite has a private bathroom.
All suites have a balcony or terrace looking out over the meadows and mountains beyond. 

Rates:

$150 per suite (two guests) inclusive of full English breakfast (continental plus bacon, eggs, sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes, etc.) and world famous Clearwater Springs Gold award Spring water.  Tea and cakes or biscuits in the afternoon. 

Free use of hot tub from 7am until 10 pm

Packed lunches can be provided for you to take up into the Park and evening meals are available if requested. Guests are welcome to bring their own wine and beer, etc. and we will keep it chilled for them.

A deposit of 25% is due at the time of booking and within one month of the arrival date, the whole amount becomes due unless the room can be re-booked. We suggest, therefore, that guests have holiday insurance in place.

Directions:

From Clearwater turn into the ‘Clearwater Valley Road’ between the Info centre and the Esso gas station. Continue for 32kms approx. then turn right into ‘Corral rd’. Continue to the end of the lane (3kms) through the woodland and you will find  ‘Clearwater Springs Ranch’ overlooking its private meadows and surrounding parkland.
